4. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

6. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

Hi, I'm Joy 👋🏾

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2007, bringing passion, expertise, and a heart for service to every client I meet. From international education roles to runway makeup at New York Fashion Week, my career has always been about blending artistry with care—and making beauty accessible to everyone, especially those with health challenges.

My passion for beauty began early, but it grew deeper when I saw how beauty could restore confidence during life’s hardest battles. Inspired by my late mother—a fashion model and American Airlines flight attendant who lost her life to metastatic breast cancer—I dedicated my career to ensuring beauty products and services are safe for everyone, including those facing serious health conditions.

I’ve been privileged to:

• Educate professionals worldwide through American International Industries and other leading brands

• Work with top designers like Tadashi Shoji, Jill Stuart, and Altuzarra at New York Fashion Week

• Appear on ABC News and in national publications for my efforts to support cancer survivors and create inclusive beauty experiences

In honor of my mother and aunt, both cancer fighters, I created two candles for the Joy of Beauty® line—symbols of resilience and light in the face of struggle.
